Where: Education Room located in the Women's Center lobby
When: Sessions are held on the first three Mondays of each month, unless otherwise listed, 6 – 8 p.m.
Class 1: December 14, 21
Class 2: January 4, 11, 18
Class 3: February 1, 8, 15
We recommend that a mom and her support person attend classes starting from one to two months before her due date.
The classes are FREE, and registration is easy. Simply call 1-877-992-1711 and sign up!
